Questions before you begin
What does the joining fee cover?
The one-time joining fee sets up your private memoir workspace: guided onboarding, your first curated chapters, AI transcription of your earliest recordings, and access for up to three family members from day one. It's the foundation everything else is built on.
How does voice consent work?
Voice likeness and cloning features are only enabled after the storyteller gives explicit, recorded consent within Anammora. They can withdraw consent at any time, which immediately stops any new generation and removes their voice model. Nothing is created or shared without their say-so.
What is your refund policy?
The joining fee is refundable within 14 days if no chapters have been generated. Monthly and annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. If something feels wrong, write to us at hello@anammora.com and we'll make it right.
