Aeterna is a small, distributed team. We don't have a flagship office — we have kitchens, libraries, and the occasional hotel lobby. Our working hours below are when you'll get the fastest reply.

Before you write

Can you record the memoir for me?

We don't run interviews ourselves, but Aeterna is built so anyone can record at home — including a non-technical parent or grandparent. The weekly prompt and one-tap recorder do the heavy lifting.

Do you offer gift subscriptions?

Yes — many people give Aeterna as a gift to a parent or grandparent. Email hello@aeterna.app and we'll set it up so the recipient gets a gentle welcome rather than an invoice.

Can I migrate existing recordings in?

Yes. If you already have voice notes, voicemails, or interview audio, we can import them and weave them into the memoir. Mention what you have in your message and we'll guide you.

Is Aeterna available in my language?

The interface is currently in English, German and Polish. The memoir itself can be recorded and produced in dozens of languages — write to us with your language and we'll confirm.

How do I delete everything?

From your account settings, in one click. We don't add friction to leaving — see our Privacy page for the full detail.
